Adam is a Mackay local and his family have been part of the Mackay district for five generations. He gains great satisfaction overseeing and being a part of a dynamic team that create such beautiful homes, and through our systemised approach to residential construction, we maintain reliable build times while ensuring all finishes are of the highest standard.

Naomi has a head for figures and enjoys the daily challenges of estimating in a highly competitive industry. Her previous experience in a prominent drafting office has given her the knowledge and system processes to ensure the most accurate and cost effective price for Esprit’s discerning clients.

Cassandra is a Mackay local that has lived here most of her life, except for a five year period spent living in the beautiful city of Brisbane.

Cassandra loves flicking through home magazines and following influential social accounts to keep up to date with all the recent design trends. When she’s not busy putting together plans and ordering products for our builds, Cassandra is keeping our socials and marketing up to date

Born and bred in Mackay, Craig always knew he was going to work in construction. He completed his apprenticeship and worked with well-respected local builders before joining the Esprit Construction team in 2012 as a supervisor.

Craig enjoys talking to clients about their ideas and working with them to make them come to life.
